Our Rockstar Office Assistant position will support the leadership team, marketing and accounting managers, and engage with customers to provide information in response to service inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. This position will be a key role in the future success of our organization. Applicants must possess:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Organization skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Service orientation to providing high level or support to the organization on an individual basis.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with individuals from all levels of the organization.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for completing office tasks.

  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities.
  • Order all office supplies monthly, and maintains all equipment.
  • Organize and prioritize information and calls with takes detailed messages. Communicates these with appropriate departments.
  • Open, sort and distribute mail.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by leadership and department managers.
  • Manage and execute customer sales process via phone and online sales channels.
  • Attend and notate essential appointments with the CXO.
  • Communicate directly with customers (by telephone or email) for follow ups and customer happiness.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Aide in Customer Happiness campaigns
