  • Crush SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) daily to a level of the 100th percentile

Soft Skills

  • Enjoys providing an excellent customer experience – both over the phone and in-person
  • Conveys thoughts and ideas well via email using both technical and layman’s terms
  • Uses proper grammar, capitalization, punctuation and spelling
  • Works as a part of a cohesive team

Technical Details

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for servers, endpoint devices and network devices
  • Installation and support of HOLO Card retail sales and customer service terminals
  • Monitor and analyze cyber security events through a SIEM
  • Technical aptitude- demonstrated by understanding mobile applications- install, configure mobile applications
  • Ability to submit tickets into Autotask
  • Organizational skills to make sure tickets are being processed correctly

Percentage breakdown

  • 70% - Service Desk Technician
  • 20% - Associate Cyber Analyst
  • 10% - Administrative
