The HOLO Call Center Manager shall manage and oversee all HOLO Call Center and Service Desk operations. They will be responsible for assuring that the call center, which supports consumer HOLO cardholders, and service desk, which supports retail and HOLO infrastructure equipment, is always appropriately staffed, including all regular scheduling, scheduled special events, as well as immediately responding to unexpected fluctuations in call center demands. Additionally, the HOLO Card Center Manager will serve as the primary HOLO Card representative for retail and institutional clients.

Applicants must posses 2-3 years of call center management experience and 3-5 years of customer service experience. Don’t have it? Please don’t apply.

Here are some skills you need to be AWESOME at to succeed in this position:

  • Must be able to effectively manage a call center team of 5-10 members.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing call center strategy and plans
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining call center best practices, including expert knowledge of call management, personnel management, report generation and meeting service-level agreements/KPI’s.
  • Verbal communication: A good, strong phone presence and understanding of English with minimal use of slang language is required. Excels at communicating and providing instructions to non-technical people over the phone.
  • Written communication: Must be able to convey thoughts in clear and concise writing. This includes the proper use of capitalization, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
  • The ability to provide instructions and process is a MUST
  • The ability to follow instructions and process is a MUST
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in an office from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities and duties for this position include:

  • Manages and oversees all HOLO Call Center and Service Desk operations
  • Ensure that call center and service desk personnel are properly trained
  • Ensure that call center and service desk personnel have attained a high level of professionalism with a spirit of ALOHA!
  • Ensure that the call center and service desk is always appropriately staffed and can immediately respond to fluctuations and demands
  • Ensure the highest call quality and customer satisfaction, as well as delivering quality and incident reports on a monthly basis to avoid reoccurrences in the future
  • Champion support efforts, making sure all issues are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions and ALOHA!
  • Ensure that the call center facility is properly stocked, maintained and operational
  • Manage HOLO card smartcard stock inventory, tracking and distribution
  • Manage HOLO Card distribution and services with retail and institutional clients
  • Ensure that appropriate system documentation is maintained and updated
  • Generate monthly reports for SLA and KPI tracking
  • Other special projects as assigned
