Our Remote Support Analyst position will be a key role in the future success of our organization. There are exciting opportunities to truly make a difference in our company and build a team to help drive our vision forward of helping entrepreneurs build successful high-growth businesses that will shape the world. Applicants must possess:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
  • CompTIA Network+, Server+, Microsoft MCSA, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent certification/experience.

Here are some skills you need to be AWESOME at to succeed in this position:

  • Customer service/client relations – Making angry people happy and making happy people radiant
  • Time management – Showing up and completing tasks when you say you will
  • Microsoft Server Technologies (Windows, Exchange & SQL)
  • Microsoft Cloud Technologies including Office 365 and Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Internet technologies
  • TCP/IP including DHCP and DNS
  • Firewall configuration
  • Hypervisors such as Hyper-V and VMware ESXi with vCenter
  • Printer management
  • Patch management
  • Backup management
  • AV management
  • Ability to present to departmental managers and senior executives
  • Server hardware
  • SAN configuration
  • Switching and routing including VLAN configuration and static routing
  • Desktop OS and applications

And here are some technologies/concepts that you should have a basic/fundamental understanding of in order to succeed in this position:

  • VoIP and phone systems
  • Routing protocols such as OSPF or EIGRP

Finally, these are skills that we hope you have but if you meet the above, we’re will to get you there:

  • IT Department Management
  • Giving classes to large groups

Salary: $60,000-80,000 depending on experience and qualifications
