Our call center agent position will be a key role in the future success of our organization. Here are some technologies/concepts that you should have a fundamental understanding of in order to succeed in this position:

  • Enjoys providing excellent Customer service -100% phone
  • Use a computer - PC, proprietary web apps, MAD Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude- demonstrated by understanding mobile applications- install, configure mobile applications
  • Ability to submit, track and manage tickets into ticketing system (Autotask)
  • Organizational skills to make sure tickets are being processed correctly
  • In office, not remote. Mostly incoming calls or callbacks to research an issue

More about this position:

  • 50% Administrative/ 50% call center
    • Programming / creating and shipping out cards, generating reports, other tasks as assigned
    • Each agent takes 2-5 per day now but will increase when the rail goes online. Potentially, up to 25 calls per day. 8 hours a day position with occasional overtime and possible weekend work on rail opening weekend (estimated at the end of March 2021).
